Job Description
Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve company goals. - Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. - Shape and evolve the company’s branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with company’s values, vision, and market positioning. - Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. - Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and creativity. - Conduct and leverage market research and consumer insights to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitive strategies. - Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. - Oversee the company’s digital presence, including social media, SEO, and online reputation management, ensuring a strong connection with the target audience. - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing actionable reports to refine strategies and improve effectiveness. - Act as a key stakeholder in identifying and building partnerships or collaborations that enhance brand reach and reputation.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a strong advantage. - Business level of English - Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience in the F&B with a deep understanding of market dynamics and challenges. - Demonstrated success in planning and executing advanced CRM and loyalty strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. - Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimize marketing performance - Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO / SEM, content marketing and performance analytics. - Strong track record in branding and storytelling, with the ability to create compelling narratives - Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data interpretation, and deriving actionable insights.
