Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

Own data needs in the growth team from data extraction, dashboard creation, and data analysis
Responsible for building and ensuring a "source of truth", understanding the context to data, and explore new ways to enrich analysis
Partner with other members in the growth team to provide data insights to measure performance, translate data into business insights to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements :

Strong attention to details and excellent analytical skills. You need to befortable with data

A strong drive to make things happen with ownership, self-starter, willingness to learn new things, andfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Advanced knowledge of SQL and proficiency in excel required. English proficiency is a must

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in growth role or lending / fintech

Bachelor's Degree with GPA minimum , preferably in quantitative subject ( Science, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics).
