Business Manager

About the role

The role will be responsible to lead a team of Product Managers to develop, maintain and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor's set revenue targets, quantify marketing investments, drive and set objectives for each marketing activity

This role will report Country Manager

As the Business Manager, you will :

Lead a team of product managers

Develop, maintain and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor’s set revenue target

Schedule and drive fortnightly pipeline reviews with Vendor team.

Maintain, update and ensure Deal Registration status of opportunities from named / non-named end user accounts and partners’ leads are up-to-date and accurate

Independently present vendor’s solution to partners and end users during the meeting

Prepare and / or supervise preparation of quotations and costing file for order loadings

Qualify need for POC, coordinate and arrange demo unit, pre-sales resource

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you

The ideal Business Manager :

Degree / Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent

Proven track record in cyber security market

5 years of experience in Business Manager or product manager or account manager would be preferred

Experience in sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence

Highly motivated, results oriented, resourceful with lots of initiative

Ability to motivate staff and influence their tasks to align with organizational goals and priorities
