Job Description
- Greet and assist clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional environment. - Translate documents and communications from Japanese to English and vice versa. - Assist Japanese-speaking clients with their visa applications and related inquiries. - Provide accurate information about visa requirements, processes, and timelines. - Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from clients and consulate. - Collaborate with the visa processing team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. - Perform general administrative duties as needed. - Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
Min. Bachelor’s degree ・Min. Business Japanese level proficiency, own JLPT 2 certification ・Min. 1 years of working experience as front desk / customer service, experienced in handling direct communications with Japanese natives, interpretation, translation, and administration ・Strong communication, interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Own N1 certification ・Currently residing in Medan area
