Job Description
This role reports to the Asia Compensation and Benefits Manager, located in Singapore
Salary and Incentive Management : Support the execution of annual salary reviews, short-term incentive processes, and pay gap analyses across offices and hotels.
Remuneration Package & Budget Support : Prepare salary proposals, pay adjustments, and benefits costing.
Job Evaluation & Salary Structures : Support the maintenance of job grading frameworks, salary structures, and job descriptions to align.
Benefits and Insurance Administration : Administer employee benefits, insurance, and pension processes.
Market Benchmarking & Surveys : Manage annual compensation surveys, analyze salary data, and update compensation scales for key hotel and office positions to maintain market competitiveness.
GM Compensation & Contracts : Prepare and manage Total Cost of Employment, employment contracts, and C&B processes for General Managers. Update records in HRIS.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Compensation and Benefits .
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including macros and advanced data management techniques .
Exceptional analytical and numerical skills , with a proven ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
Highly adaptable and self-motivated , able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results independently in a dynamic environment.
Meticulously organized and results-oriented , with a strong eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.
Preferred : Knowledge of personal income tax regulations , labor laws , and employment legislation .
