The successful incumbent will be based in Surabaya and is accountable to generate profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening sales coverage, establishing new accounts and providing total solutions to customers and to maintain close relationship with the customers in assigned industries.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and source for new client accounts
- Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities
- Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned industries to provide required services and solicit for orders
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training and after-sales support
- Prepare demonstration and technical presentations to customer
- Negotiate tender, contract terms and condition and prepare Sales Contract
- Attend trade shows, conferences, marketing and other events
- Prepare sales report, analyze cost and sales, quotations
- Work closely with supply chain management, sales support and project engineer and order fulfillment team
Pre-requisites
Degree in mechanical / electrical engineeringAt least 2 years sales experience selling industrial productsProduct knowledge of air compressor & control system will be advantageousStrong team player who is self-motivated and customer orientedWork independently, process good communication and strong presentation skillsUnderstanding of financial metrics including margin, revenue, overhead costs, Profit and Loss, and Project FinancialsExcellent communications / human relations skills (written, verbal, client service)
