Responsibilities :
- Motivating the team to achieve sales targets
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals
- Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in SalesExperience in team managementBachelors Degree in any related fieldExperience and working knowledge of CRM systems and cold callingFluent in English
