Overview :
Our client is a dynamic beauty company based in South Jakarta, known for its fast-paced, high-pressure work environment, similar to fast growing startup companies . They are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP Manager) to drive their people strategy and support the growth of their marketing division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic partner to the Marketing Director and leadership team, aligning business objectives with HR initiatives.
- Lead and execute robust Performance Management processes to ensure a high-performance culture.
- Oversee end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) activities, with a strong focus on hijacking top talent from industry competitors.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth, engagement, and retention.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and career development.
- Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong knowledge and practical experience in Performance Management.Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, especially in competitor sourcing and recruitment for marketing roles.Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory .Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Proven experience managing and developing a small TA team.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
