Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

Handle the day-to-day operations of the plant
Manage the production schedule, delivery and production in the plant, and expand production capacity to reduce costs
Drive the planning and management of production and product development to meet with customer’s requirement and on-time delivery
Ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness through optimum cost control and maximize manpower
Streamline the manufacturing process so as to produce high quality product

Requirement :

High Diploma or above in clothing / textile or related discipline

Over 10 years working experience in the garment factory, with minimum 5 years management experience in large & medium-sized factory

Solid knowledge / skill in woven outerwear / sports outerwear / technical outerwear

Familiar with business laws and regulations in Indonesia, including tax, customs and labor laws;

Six sigma or lean certification with good planning skills in production materials, capacity and resources;

Mature, strong leadership, problem solver and good communication skill

Good command of Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, English and Cantonese;

Station in Bandung, Indonesia
