Qualifications

As the  Sales Manager , you will drive sales initiatives and execute the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy to achieve—and exceed—revenue targets. Your role will involve actively promoting the hotel, securing new business contracts, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and oversee a range of sales-related functions.

Bachelor’s degree in  Business, Marketing , or a related field.

• Minimum  2 years of experience  in a similar role within a  5-star hotel or resort .
• Exceptional  communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills .
• Proven ability to  deliver results under challenging targets .
• Fluency in  English and Bahasa Indonesia  (written and spoken).
• Strong  computer proficiency .
