This position is needed to ensure raw materials, bulk and finished products are analyzed in accordance with approved procedures and only results that meet the requirements can be released

Perform routine media preparation

Sterilizing microlab equipment and media

Perform disinfectant preparations for routine cleaning and sanitation of the laboratory room.

Microbiological testing of samples, including TPC, mold, yeast, coliform, Salmonella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, gram negative bacteria, preservative effectiveness.

Observing test results and recording analysis data on Excel and forms that are available, monitor swab tests on machines, operators or rooms.

Conduct sampling for micro testing if needed (RM / PM, Bulk, FG)

Release FG products on the QAD system

Conduct verification, routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
