Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Strategy Support :
Assist in the development and implementation of brand plans and strategies, including identifying potential growth opportunity
Conduct desk research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
2. Product Development :
Provide local market input to product development teams to support the creation of new products and packaging.
Responsible for developing in market deployment of new product innovation / renovation
Monitor and analyze product performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
3. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Communication :
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns O2O across online & offline.
Lead the implementation of brand activation such as on ground activations.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal cross functions to ensure well execution of marketing campaign
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
Manage the creation and distribution of marketing content, including copywriting and design briefs.
4. Performance Analysis :
Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights for both existing portfolio as well as new products
Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and ROI.
5. Budget Management :
Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Track expenses and process invoices related to brand activities.
Qualifications :
3-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the personal care or FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
Keen awareness of current market trends and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
