As a Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving high-value corporate sales and managing strategic partnerships to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your role will focus on capturing direct corporate clients, optimizing agent collaboration, and ensuring clear sales mapping and planning to reach monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain a strong database of corporate prospects and existing clients to support long-term business growth.

Drive sales by targeting large-scale corporate clients and managing complex travel needs including corporate trips, group events, and customized travel experiences.

Establish clear monthly sales plans and mapping strategies to consistently achieve a minimum of IDR 1 billion in sales.

Maintain proactive communication with agents and clients, ensuring the focus is not solely on pricing but on added value and tailored solutions.

Identify and recover lost opportunities due to miscommunication by improving client engagement and follow-up processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals for both corporate clients and travel agents, with a strong focus on direct corporate acquisition.

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize client retention and new business generation.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with corporate clients.

Strategic mindset with excellent planning, client mapping, and target-setting capabilities.

Able to manage and grow relationships with both direct corporate clients and agency partners.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet ambitious goals.
