Uraian Tugas

We are a global leader in smart mobility SaaS, serving over 2 million subscribers across 23 countries. We are seeking a Product Solution Engineer (IoT & Saas) to join our dynamic, fast-growing, and collaborative team. At our company, every team member is empowered to contribute ideas that drive innovation and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Take full ownership of projects that require custom solutions, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and gather comprehensive details from stakeholders, data sources, and suppliers to assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to design and source custom products that fulfill customer requirements.
  • Conduct product testing and validation to ensure solutions are reliable, compliant with standards, and meet customer expectations.
  • Lead all IoT-related initiatives and projects.
  • Provide technical and product support to customers after project completion to resolve any issues.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in product engineering, project management, and delivering custom solutions.
  • Strong expertise in IoT, vehicle electronics, and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven record of delivering quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting project priorities and manage complex technical challenges.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
