- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and complex clients
- Focus on existing accounts to optimize revenue
- Keep up-to-date with advanced technical knowledge of products and their uses.
- Participate in ongoing industry training and provide mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Secure client approval for product changes or customizations.
- Support the team for detailed technical specifications.
- Keep an eye on competitors and market shifts, sharing regular updates.
- Provide product education and training to distributors and clients.
- Assist HR with hiring and onboarding new sales personnel.
- Manage territory assignments and oversee sales coverage.
- Monitor team performance
- Evaluate sales trends to uncover potential growth areas.
- Gather insights from customers and stay informed on market developments.
Job Requirements :
10 years of industry experience, including over 5 years in a leadership position.Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institutionHas design of large-scale projects. Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering initiatives in remote locations.Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and interpersonal formats.Experienced in handling commercial negotiations and client contracts.Proven track record in coaching and growing sales teams. Conducts thorough project assessments to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
