Job Description :

• Responsible to developed the overall bancassurance business with monitor and execute all strategic sales plans and activities to ensure comply with local regulations and compliance to achieve bank partners target
• Manage & engage bank partner relationship to ensure smooth running in delivering targets and created customers gathering with bank partners
• Responsible to review sales performance, supervising and develop sales strategy development team (coaching clinic & sales, sales techniques, objection handling).
