Develops, implements and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local rules and regulations as they apply to the organization’s operations.
Assist in the achievement of meeting company HSE goals and initiatives,
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and rules.
Ensure Management of Change for all changes in the organization.
Perform surveys and inspections, prepare written reports of findings, recommendations for corrective & preventative measures, and follow up on task completion.
Identify, develop, recommend best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks. raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices.
Coordinate with HR on compliance with Training requirements.
Ensure workforce competencies are maintained relevant to their duties and roles.
Develop, implement and maintain employee training programs as indicated by regulatory guidelines.
Actively Participate in Business, Contract, and Safety Meetings.
Establish Reporting & Recording to gather incident data.
Ensure timely reporting of HSE parameters to relevant stakeholders
Analyze Incident data and Identify trends
Recommend actions to avoid Incidents across the organization.
Develop and implement efficient operations emergency response plans
Coordinates and manage internal / external audits (K3 Regulatory, ISO45K, ISO 14K)
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably Shipyard, Marine and Oil & Gas industry
Valid AK3U Kemnaker (Republic of Indonesia) and ISO Lead Auditor
Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
Strong Leadership Capability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
