It provides quality, accessible housing for the young generation while assisting landlords in transforming their assets into high-yield rental properties.

Job Decription :

To manage end-to-end recruitment process for Tech and Non Tech Position
Working with internal line managers to understand their requirements on across different level hiring
In-depth knowledge of effective and innovative search tools and techniques.
Ability to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking.
Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, candidate salary negotiation, offer processing, until onboarding and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Demonstrating a full understanding of and responding to the needs of prospective candidates through effective communication and awareness of market demands.
Oversee in aspect of employee's lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management.
Create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction. This involves implementing strategies to retain top talent, including competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Job Specification :

6+ years of experience in talent sourcing / recruiting working experience in corporate recruiting

BA / BSc degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology, Business Administrative, or a related field.

Practical experience in human resources, or hiring process. This may include experience in Property Industry, Property Technology and or Tech Industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills are valuable for assessing talent needs, developing strategies, and implementing solutions.

Excellent research / sourcing skills including use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.

Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
