Job Decription :
- To manage end-to-end recruitment process for Tech and Non Tech Position
- Working with internal line managers to understand their requirements on across different level hiring
- In-depth knowledge of effective and innovative search tools and techniques.
- Ability to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking.
- Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, candidate salary negotiation, offer processing, until onboarding and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Demonstrating a full understanding of and responding to the needs of prospective candidates through effective communication and awareness of market demands.
- Oversee in aspect of employee's lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management.
- Create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction. This involves implementing strategies to retain top talent, including competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
Job Specification :
6+ years of experience in talent sourcing / recruiting working experience in corporate recruitingBA / BSc degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology, Business Administrative, or a related field.Practical experience in human resources, or hiring process. This may include experience in Property Industry, Property Technology and or Tech Industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills are valuable for assessing talent needs, developing strategies, and implementing solutions.Excellent research / sourcing skills including use of LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
