Uraian TugasMin. diploma degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field - Min. conversational level of English - 3-5 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics companies - Target-oriented, team player, hard worker - Possess active SIM A (able to drive manual / automatic cars) - Willing to work in Balikpapan, including Saturdays (2x / month) - Preferably has proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) - Min. gelar diploma di bidang Logistik, Manajemen Transportasi, atau bidang sejenis - Min. tingkat percakapan bahasa Inggris - 3-5 tahun pengalaman Penjualan di perusahaan Freight Forwarding atau Logistik - Berorientasi pada target, pemain tim, pekerja keras - Memiliki SIM A yang masih aktif (dapat mengendarai mobil manual / matic) - Bersedia bekerja di Balikpapan, termasuk hari Sabtu (2x / bulan) - Diutamakan yang memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Jepang (JLPT N3 atau lebih tinggi)
Job Description
- Conduct outdoor sales by managing customers across various industries - Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients - Travel to conduct in-person meetings with prospective and current clients - Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets - Handle daily sales administrative duties - Research competitors' offerings, pricing, and market dynamics - Use strategic negotiation tactics to secure sales with potential and current clients - Perform other tasks as assigned - Melakukan penjualan di luar ruangan dengan mengelola pelanggan di berbagai industri - Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang kuat dengan klien baru dan yang sudah ada - Melakukan perjalanan untuk melakukan pertemuan langsung dengan calon klien dan klien saat ini - Secara konsisten mencapai atau melampaui target penjualan - Menangani tugas administrasi penjualan harian - Meneliti penawaran, harga, dan dinamika pasar pesaing - Menggunakan taktik negosiasi strategis untuk mengamankan penjualan dengan klien potensial dan klien saat ini - Melakukan tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan
