Job Description

Rukita is a property technology (proptech) company that provides long-stay rental housing solutions with end-to-end and hassle-free services in Indonesia. The company builds a holistic ecosystem of housing solutions for both tenants & landlords. It provides quality, accessible housing for the young generation while assisting landlords in transforming their assets into high-yield rental properties.

Requirements :

Min 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, outsourcing and vendor management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels with a strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
Drive initiatives for streamlining processes and procedures on relevant subjects
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, initiate projects to create new efficiencies and effectively manage time while meeting deadlines

Responsibilities :

Establishing standards and guidelines for vendor, also monitoring vendor to ensure these policies are being followed;

Coordinate with internal team for purchase and orders (e.g. Finance and user team - Ops, Sales, etc) on payment scheduling and method;

Coordinate with user team on record keeping of items that purchased or ordered from the vendor;

In charge of the reporting and administrative parts of the transaction with the vendor.

Maintain relationship and coordinate with the vendor as well as user team for any operational issues related to the partnership;

Provide input on vendor performance assessment according to the parameter.

Help the team to scout and identify potential vendors for Rukita's operations across business process and product; Help the team to improve tooling and process within vendor management or procurement process by giving recommendations and help setup the tools;

Monitor all request / orders is in track and also make reports represent this data;

Making sure Rukita and vendor are being protected by the most appropriate contract and completed legal documents
