Responsibilities :
- Understanding and anticipating customer's needs related to the product to be delivered
- Act as primary liaison between the digibank delivery, digibank tech business product SME and other stakeholders.
- Plan and prioritize the product feature as building block of the complete product
- Develop Customer Journey together with relevant team (CE, UI / UX, Business product, BA etc) to deliver superior CJ
- Reconfirm the User Stories, and narrative created by delivery team, to ensure alignment with the designed CJ
- Prioritizing needs. Juggling between strategic, budget, resources, time, regulatory needs to determine priority
- Provide backlog management, ensure product pipelines towards completeness
- Make sure all project costing are correct and relevant
- Provide guidance and monitoring project in order to follow the policy / agreements
Requirements :
