Responsibilities

• Weekly PO loading base on MRP generate and ensure POs are approved according to company policy before issuance.
• Update shortage report and expedite all critical items .
• Work with other planners and programs team.
• Clear all the receiving outstanding issue .
• Clear MRB aging part .
• Negotiate favorable terms while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Source qualified suppliers ( Stockiest ), ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards.
• Track open orders, communicate with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure products / services meet specified quality standards.
