Uraian TugasBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in IT management and support functions, preferably in the Trading, FMCG, or Logistics industriesPositive attitude and open-mindedness toward new developmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a service-minded approachGood command of EnglishWillingness to travel to various sites on an occasional basisProvide day-to-day support for IT issues, including standby support via LINE, email, phone, and remote access.Analyze problems and coordinate with SBP / BRB ICT to develop effective solutions.Prepare supporting documentation such as checklists, user manuals, etc., and maintain all relevant files with regular reviews.Manage and control IT assets.Monitor safety and compliance issues related to IT systems.Ensure all IT activities comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.Evaluate technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.Collaborate with all business units to identify IT system requirements, both for current operations and as part of the 3–5 year Business / IT Master Plan.Oversee the annual IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.Coordinate with IT service providers to implement new software, hardware, and data systems, including technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.Stay up-to-date with new technology developments and industry best practices.Monitor the performance of SBP and BRB ICT against the SLA, and report to the HR Director on a monthly basis.Manage external IT resources to ensure the delivery of required IT infrastructure and a robust cybersecurity framework.
