Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the vital link between marketing, sales, and end users—ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements. You will support country sales teams in activating wholesale channels and provide hands-on training, troubleshooting, and up-selling guidance for WSA products. Without this role, gaps in product understanding could lead to misuse, increased technical issues, and a decline in customer satisfaction. Your expertise helps ensure products are used effectively, enhancing both user experience and business outcomes.

- Collaborate with the country sales manager to plan and execute customer-focused product training and pitching, including developing tailored materials and ensuring demo availability for effective market introduction
- Work with the country sales manager to assess product suitability for the Indonesian market, manage product positioning and life cycle, and ensure timely, compliant product registration and renewal in coordination with regulatory affairs
- Support successful product launches and assist with regular orders or tenders by providing necessary documentation and information to the country sales manager and distributors
- Participate in product-related meetings and training courses to stay updated on current issues, improvements, and clinical knowledge
