Accounting Lead (Account Payable)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is proud to partner with a respected retail company in their search for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Lead (AP) to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a solid background in both public accounting and the retail sector to play a key role in streamlining processes and leading improvements within the Accounts Payable function.

Job Responsibilities :

• Review current AP processes to identify opportunities for optimization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee the verification and processing of vendor invoices in line with company policies and payment terms.
• Review and authorize vendor payments, ensuring on-time disbursements and effective cash flow management.
• Assist in the review and approval of employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of AP accounts and proper general ledger entries.
• Prepare regular reports on AP activities, cash flow, aging balances, and vendor relationships for senior management.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Act as the key point of contact from the AP team for the ERP implementation project.
