Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in mining engineering, or related field Minimum 20 years combined experience in in managing plant equipment in mining operations, with 5 years experience as Plant / Asset Manager Have strong networking with a mining project in all around Kalimantan site Have a strong knowledge of heavy equipment and mining site Skill on overall general management with a focus on mining operation Strong knowledge of environmental issues, mining legislation and labour law, mining technology and heavy production equipment Strong ability to coordinate and communicate with his team, and also across to other departments / companies (matrix organization) Capability to work independently (analyse, plan, action, control) with initiative and creativity to ensure operational excellence Computer skills (e.g. Ms. office / database), Leadership, and presentation / auditing skills Good English communication in both verbal and writing Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 5 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (field-brake will be fully accommodated to POH / KTP)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on mining owner. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 20 years' experience in mining for the job of Senior Manager Asset. The job is based in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include :
- Reporting to Director
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including training employees on safety procedures, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring that all safety equipment is properly maintained and functioning
- Analyse and optimize asset performance including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Manage a team of maintenance Operations and Strategy including hiring, training, scheduling, and monitoring performance
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of all assets including machinery, equipment, and vehicles
- Manage the budget for asset maintenance including tracking expenses, identifying areas for cost savings, and ensuring that all expenditures are within budget
- Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures to ensure proper utilization and maintenance of assets.
- Work with other departments within the organization to ensure timely and effective communication and resolution of maintenance issues.
- To ensure accurate records of all maintenance work including parts and labour costs and ensure that all records are up-to-date and properly stored.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance plans and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in asset management and maintenance planning.
