Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Communication, Public Relation or any related degree
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Tenant Relation / Customer Service in Apartment / Mall / Office.
  • Good computer skill, Microsoft Office, and English skill oral an written.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Serpong.

Job Descriptions

  • Handling complain from tenants.
  • Maintain relationship with tenants.
  • Provide information to tenants about buidling facilities, events, etc.
  • Receive, input and follow-up on requests and complain from tenants.
