- Conduct A-Z basic training for all new sales forces, starting from delivery, reporting and advanced programs (extended) for rookie agents
- Carry out initiatives that can support business growth, especially in terms of activity, productivity & leads conversion rate
- Design and create a sales leader development program
- Responsible for managing special projects on the channel concerned
- Design and create training materials as needed
- Monitor and report several important parameters / Business matrix like Rookie agent activation, Sales productivity, Active ratio, Lead conversion rate, Training points & participant rate
