Independent Commissioner - Healthcare Sector - Indonesian Company

Job Description

As an independent commissioner, you will play a critical role in raising corporate governance standards across the group. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Providing strategic counsel and guidance to the C-Suite team to support organisational goals.
• Ensuring that the business is moving towards to be the best-in-class levels.
• Reviewing and approving key organisational policies and strategies.
• Chairing the audit committee, and overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, compliance and external audits.
• Offering independent oversight to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Evaluating financial performance and ensuring long-term sustainability.
• Participating in board meetings to contribute to governance and decision-making processes.
• Providing mentorship to senior leadership for professional growth and development.
• Forming the risk committee that oversees the group's enterprise risk management framework.
• Acting as an ambassador for the organisation within the healthcare sector.
