As a Sales Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing essential administrative tasks, creating accurate quotations, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. Your contribution will help streamline the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction, particularly in the fast-paced freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the main sales personnel in daily operations, including preparing and processing sales documentation.

Create quotations and proposals based on client requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain organized records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

Coordinate internally with the operations and logistics teams to ensure service readiness and delivery.

Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, approvals, or updates on ongoing deals.

Support customer inquiries and ensure prompt communication to maintain service quality.

Contribute to sales reporting and analysis to support business planning.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

Proficiency in preparing sales quotations and handling client correspondence.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with sales CRM systems and basic office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
