Job Description

• Manage the IT infrastructure of production control for a client in the manufacturing industry to ensure availability as defined in the target SLA - The scope of the IT infrastructure includes Hardware (servers, storage, devices), OS, and Middleware (WebApp, DB, Scheduler, etc.) - Plan and propose configuration changes to superiors and users when there is a request from users or the application team - Prepare procedures, implement and test approved configuration changes. Report the test results to superiors and users - Prepare and execute migration and monitoring on the production server. Report the results to superiors and users - Regularly monitor system alerts. If any disruptions are found or reported by users, conduct troubleshooting in coordination with the team, users, and vendors - Proactively propose improvements or preventive actions if any issues are found in the current system configuration - Perform other related duties as assigned
