As a Sales Manager you will own the relationship with our customers and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationships. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.

As a Sales Manager - Completion and Wellbore Intervention (CWI), you will be responsible for :

  • Leading a team in the assigned countries, acting as the primary Baker Hughes CWI representative for customers and other stakeholders, and business growth across the assigned geographies.
  • Marketing and selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area.
  • Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge.
  • Owning pricing and market intelligence for assigned geographies.
  • Generating proposals, tendering, and customer negotiations.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region.
  • Leading a department with large, estimated orders.

To be successful in this role you will :

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
  • Have minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Sales.
  • Have strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead a team of professionals.
  • Have led initiatives of moderate scope and impact and effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have the ability to lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
