We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic sales initiatives to expand our market presence.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to customers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover of closed deals to relevant departments
- Prepare and present sales reports, analytics, and insights to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products or services
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgroundsProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics toolsStrong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value dealsIn-depth knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management techniquesExcellent budgeting and financial planning skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisionsFamiliarity with industry trends and competitive landscapeAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as requiredExperience working in the Indonesian market or Southeast Asian region is a plusFluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable
