Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience managing sellers in a marketplace environment, preferably within the gadget / electronics category. Strong network and industry knowledge in gadgets / electronics. Excellentmunication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experienced in gadget category merchandiser in online marketplace is preferable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a startup mindset.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new suppliers to be Kredimall sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers.
- Manage and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives from sellers.
- Curate and select the right product assortment to ensure relevance andpetitiveness on Kredimall.
- Monitor and improve seller performance through regular tracking and analysis.
- Schedule and lead monthly performance review meetings with sellers to evaluate results and identify areas for improvement.
