Uraian Tugas

Description

  • Prepare all required export documents relating to custom clearence / entry of the goods procedure are accurate (product terms and specifications in the document in accordance with applicable standards)
  • Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and readiness of all export documentation (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report etc.)
  • Supervise the export shipment process to the port of destination and immediately coordinate with the competent party to solve the operational problems that occur
  • Directing and supervising surveyors in performing their duties so that in accordance with the contents of the cooperation agreement
  • Ensure export taxes and processing fees of export documents are paid on time with accurate nominal.
  • Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of export documents processing
  • Verify the invoice surveyor, claim the ship or / and the consumer on the company side before submitted to the Back Office.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, however a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or Management would be an advantage
  • Having minimum at least 2 years of experience in Export position
  • Good communication and analysing skills
  • Fluent in English
