FAT Supervisor - Manufacturing

Job Description

• Review inventory reports and perform annual stock taking - Monitor COGS reports and journal entries (AP, AR, cash, bank, assets) - Verify supplier payments, tax slips, and import declarations (PIB) - Prepare monthly bank balances and cash flow forecasts - Summarize factory supply and repair expenses - Complete monthly financial and cash flow reports for HQ - Generate income statements by product - Review and reconcile withholding taxes (Art. 23, 4(2), 26) and VAT (input / output) - Maintain compliance with ISO & IATF procedures - Support petty cash management and cash counts - Develop and implement new procedures - Review SiModis (monthly) and KPPK (Bank Indonesia quarterly) reports - Inspect loading of scrap (Ohgitani & PCI) - Support annual financial and tax audits - Review annual transfer pricing documentation - Assist with semi-annual LKPM reporting

Job Requirement

Minimum hold D3 or S1 degree in Accounting ・More than 5 years of experience in FAT in a manufacturing company with leader level experience ・Hold Tax Brevet A&B Certification ・Understand Cost & Inventory Calculation in the manufacturing Industry ・Familiar with BI, Kementrian Keuangan, DJP, Beacukai ・Active English skill
