Main Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Needs Assessment :

Engage with market and business unit stakeholders to gather requirements and understand key business objectives.

Analytics Deployment :

Lead the deployment of global and regional dCommerce analytics tools within local market contexts.

Portfolio Management Leadership :

Design and implement methodologies for portfolio and eNRM analytics to drive local growth.

Insight Generation & Innovation :

Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and lead local innovation in analytics and data science applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, platform teams, and business units to ensure seamless integration and scalability of solutions.

Agile Project Execution :

Manage agile sprints, prioritize deliverables, and ensure continuous improvement through feedback and iteration cycles.

Serve as the trusted data and analytics consultant for digital commerce stakeholders

Deliver core analytics product portfolio as part of the SEA dCommerce analytics hub

Perform business requirements gathering and translation into analytics requirements

Work seamless with other teams Business, Data Science, Data Expertise and Product Owners

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data science, or eCommerce insights

Strong expertise in business analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, Azure Databricks, AWS Cloud).

Proven ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Experience in working with digital commerce datasets such as churn, loyalty, shopper behavior, or UI / UX analytics.

Educational background in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields.

Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments (Azure preferred).

Strong communication and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
