Our client is a dynamic beauty company located in South Jakarta, operating in a fast-paced and competitive industry. They are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is skilled in hiring marketing talent and has experience sourcing top candidates from competitors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for marketing and related roles.
- Actively headhunt and hijack high-quality candidates from competing companies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
- Partner closely with the HRBP team to understand business needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Guide and mentor a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a high-pressure, fast-moving company.Solid experience in marketing recruitment and competitor mapping.Proven ability to source passive candidates and drive direct approaches.Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Strong stakeholder management skills.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
