General Manager / Country Manager - smart energy solutions

We are hiring on behalf of a global leader in smart energy solutions with a strong international presence across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. As part of their strategic expansion, they are now setting up operations in Indonesia — one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic clean energy markets.

We are exclusively seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Country Manager (f / m / d) to drive the company’s entry and long-term success in Indonesia, with a focus on energy storage solutions and B2B market growth .

The tasks :

• Lead market entry and localization strategy for Indonesia
• Act as the company’s key representative with government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders
• Drive B2B sales efforts in energy storage and smart energy solutions
• Build strategic partnerships across utilities, industrial clients, and infrastructure developers
• Lead local operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and grow the Indonesian team
• Provide market intelligence to HQ and shape local go-to-market initiatives
