REWARDS & PAYROLL OPERATIONS MANAGER

OVERVIEW :

Location : Tangerang, Indonesia

Department : People and Culture

Entity : IAA

Status : Full-time

JOB DESCRIPTION : YOUR ROLE AS A :

Rewards & Payroll Operations Manager is responsible for designing and overseeing the company’s compensation, benefits, aligned with nd performance management strategies. This role ensures that reward programs remain competitive, align with business objectives, and drive a high-performance culture. The position also collaborates with Group teams to monitor salary benchmarking implementation while driving continuous improvements in total rewards and performance-linked incentives.

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION :

Compensation & Benefits

Prepare and monitor the budget of the compensation & benefit program in coordination with the Finance Department

Ensure that all calculation results and documents from the Payroll third party related to Compensation and Benefits are accurate and aligned with policy and SOP

Establishing and regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the current compensation and benefit system based on the salary market survey and or benchmarking in a similar industry

Calculating and providing recommendations for creating compensation and benefit packages to attract and retain employees, improve employees’ performance about the company's objectives, and Government regulations

Ensure employment document management

Manage the social security and other Statutory registration, payment, and reporting

Manage the Medical insurance, Life insurance, and other employee benefits applied

Ensure and lead all people operations processes (Employment Contract, Confirmation / SK letter, correspondences, etc.)

Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Ensure the policy of Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, people operations, and any related policies are updated

Have the ability to process Taxes, especially PPH Ps. 21 & Annual SPT reporting

Involve and be a part of the annual manpower budgeting exercise

Performance Management

Develop and implement pay-for-performance programs, including merit increases, incentive plans, and retention strategies.

Align rewards frameworks with performance management to foster a high-performance culture.

Track OKRs and KPIs related to compensation, benefits, and performance to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Identify trends and recommend improvements in rewards and performance strategies to align with future workforce needs.

WHO YOU ARE :

Proven experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Strong understanding of salary benchmarking, total rewards frameworks, and statutory compliance.

Ability to analyze HR data and provide strategic insights to drive business performance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
