Location : Indonesia-Batam

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support production objectives while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
• Manage and conduct raw material sourcing activities in local and global context at Batam
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on factors such as price, quality, reliability, and delivery speed while maintaining such record of data in SAP / Agile System.
• Identify & develop new sources of suppliers by negotiating competitive price and terms for cost control improvement measures
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers for better supply chain management control on cost saving objectives and demand in quality standards.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by your direct supervisor
