The position
As a Medical Scientific Liaison, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner for internal and external stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include facilitating scientific discussions, sharing medical insights, supporting evidence generation, and representing Novo Nordisk in scientific forums.You will be responsible for our diabetes portfolio, ensuring that up-to-date scientific data is effectively communicated to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and other key stakeholders. You will also support the generation of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and investigator-sponsored studies (ISS) to strengthen the scientific understanding and impact of our therapies.Your responsibilities include : Acting as a scientific expert and partner on cardiometabolic for both internal and external stakeholders.Building and nurturing strong scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and institutions.Translating complex scientific content into clear, relevant communication tailored to stakeholder needs.Representing Novo Nordisk Indonesia in scientific events, advisory boards, and other diabetes-related forums.Collaborating cross-functionally to support the organization’s broader medical and commercial goals. QualificationsMedical Doctor (MD) or Pharmacist from a reputable university.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful scientific relationships.Strategic and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
