Testing & Evaluation

The Testing & Evaluation Team is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of electronic cigarette products.

This team plays a critical role in product development, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction by rigorously testing e-cigarette devices, components, and e-liquids.

Product Testing : Perform functional and performance testing on e-cigarette devices (e.g., battery life, vapour production, heating stability).

Conduct endurance and stress testing under various environmental conditions.

Test different e-liquid formulations for consistency, flavour accuracy, and vapour output.

Safety & Compliance Evaluation : Ensure all products meet international safety standards (e.g., CE, RoHS, FCC).

Analyze potential risks such as overheating, leakage, or hazardous emissions.

Quality Control : Inspect materials and components for manufacturing defects.

Develop and implement testing protocols and quality assurance procedures.

Maintain detailed records of test results and corrective actions.

Research & Development Support : Provide feedback to R&D on product improvements based on testing results.

Benchmark performance against competitor products.

Documentation & Reporting : Prepare test reports, certification documents, and technical documentation.

Communicate findings to engineering, product, and compliance teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Background in a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Mathematics.

Experience in product testing and quality assurance, preferably in consumer electronics or vaping products.

Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters, thermal cameras, airflow sensors, and chromatography tools.

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, FDA, TPD).
