Uraian Tugas
Description
of Duties
Responsible for brand building, production of in – house promotional materials and publications, preparing press releases, organizing promotional activities.
Brand sales analysis and follow up for strategy implementation
Keep up to date with market trends and new developments, customer feedbacks and complaints utilizing information for business improvement.
Formulating and implementing trade / marketing strategies.
Execution of trade and promotional activities
Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities
Responsible develop marketing strategy & activities to build up the product / Brand
Collaborate with sales team to achieve and exceed business target by developing a strong product strategy, launching new product, product position, and pricing strategies
Conduct research to identify emerging trends of consumers.
Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
Execute activities to communicate business value proposition to customers
Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty.
Maintain customer acquisition and retention programs.
Monitor effectiveness of programs.
Monitor product quality, design and brand alignment.
Review effectiveness of brand campaigns.
Requirement : (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)
Education & Experience
3 years’ experience in the retail industry preferably in high-end and luxury fragrances or cosmetics / beauty, with experience in marketing
University graduate in Business Management and / or Marketing
Knowledge and Skills
Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
Strong passion for working in the Luxury Cosmetic and Skincare Industry
Project Management
Multi-tasking & adaptable in multicultural environment
Brand and commercial sensitivity
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point). Some knowledge in design editing software is advantageous.
