Logistics & MRP Staff (Trading - Material Forecasting, Logistics, International Shipment)

Job Description

• Handle PO based on overseas demand and forecast - Ensure timely delivery - Coordinate with suppliers and third party for shipment - Analyze sales forecast to determine needs (material forecasting) - Maintain and update MRP data in SAP to reflect accurate demand planning - Monitor inventory by conducting regular stock reconciliation and coordinate with warehouse - Plan and manage shipment abroad by ensuring compliance with international shipping regulation and documentation - Arrange domestic transportation and track delivery schedule - Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

Min. Bachelor's Degree ・High Conversational Level English proficiency ・Min. 3 years of experience as Logistics Staff in Trading, Manufacturing or Freight Forwarding, experienced in handling domestic and international shipment (at least 1 to Vietnam, Thailand or China), with good understanding of international shipment regulation, experienced in handling trucking, and material forecasting ・Experienced in using SAP ・Good attention to detail, can work under minimum supervision, and motivated
