Director of Sales and Marketing - Hotels (Sales, Marketing, Hotel)

Job Description

• Provide sales and marketing support for all hotel branches from 2 stars to luxury
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies - Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion - Oversee the brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all marketing channels - Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, including developing sales plans, setting targets, and monitoring performance. - Implementing tactics to attract corporate clients, event planners, and individuals. - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote special events, and promotions - Utilize a mix of traditional and digital channels to reach target audiences effectively. - Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive publicity and media coverage, pitching story ideas, coordinating press events, and managing media inquiries. - Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to cultivate relationships with loyal customers, gather feedback, and drive repeat business through personalized marketing initiatives and VIP programs. - Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) ・Min. Bachelor's Degree ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in reporting technical matters in English fluently) ・Min. 2 years working experience as Director of Sales and Marketing at a mid-tier hotel industry handling several branches ・Willing to travel ・strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry
