Uraian Tugas

Position Title : Dealer Sales Strategy Manager / Senior Manager

Mission of Function :

As Dealer Sales strategy, she / he must have a strong understanding of the marketing strategies and tactics that drive customer acquisition at dealer level and own the strategic development, implementation and execution of sales / marketing campaigns at CSA level. In this role, the Dealer Sales strategy will approach / support dealer campaigns in a data driven and analytical manner (Pol reg analysis; competitor movement at CSA level; sales funneling analysis per outlet; leasing performance) and be responsible for ensuring content, usability, and appearance are optimal for heightening the visibility of Nissan-Datsun Brands and strengthening their reputation as preeminent in targeted segments : SUV Premium; SUV; High MPV; Low MPV;LCGC

Key Result Areas & Accountabilities :

Liaise with Marketing DD, VP Sales and Sales Operation Head to optimize customer experience and ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity

Develop and manage the delivery and execution of customized marketing campaigns at dealer level that address customer acquisition, customer retention, and lead nurturing goals

Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities (incl. competitor movement) through data analytical analysis at outlet level to support campaign creations

Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand Nissan and Datsun offering (including after-sales package)

Work with internal NMDI marketing team and Area Zone Manager to execute campaigns, measure and report on

effectiveness

Analyse with Sales Ops. GM & Area Zone Manager our dealer sales performance incl. competitor movement

pricing; sales tactics;...) To ensure our retail sales target at CSA level.

Analyse at dealer level, our bank / leasing performance at CSA / Sales area level to ensure the effectiveness of our

sales tactics

Participate actively in NMDI Operational governance - QRM to define / present Dealer marketing activities per CSA

based on competitor movements in each CSA and sales areas

Collaborating closely with Dealer outlets and Area Zone Managers in the development of local market initiatives

and the implementation of retention program to dealer customers

Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention and ROI

at Dealer level for Nissan & Datsun
