YOUR MISSION
Responsibilities :
Assist Project Manager on preparing BoQ for new store opening or renovation
Store maintenance work management, follow up request from store / operation and vendors and ensure the completion
Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional team
Project monitoring and managing within deliverables timeline, including site surveys and assessment to ensure project is executed properly
Supports Project Manager with clients communications, providing updates, and potential adjustments
Coordinate and liase with vendors and landlords to ensure smooth flow of the project
Monitor and manage proper documentation throughout project lifecycle
YOUR TALENT
Requirement :
Bachelor Degree from Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Designer or any related field
3-4 years of experience on project management / construction
Willing to travel across country
Mastering Autocad and or Sketchup
Strong organizational and analytical skill with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
Upgoing personality with good communication skill to liaise with clients, vendors, landlord, and internal team
Mastering excel is a plus
English speaking
