This job is a Product-related type job, to coordinate across departments / functions in technical matters related to product. From developing product specifications, business rule, system requirements, preparation for all documents for regulatory approvals for new products, including looking after product parameters in the system and train the trainers and operation teams regarding new product launched

Job Descriptions

• Maintain documentations and proper filing related to Product Implementation projects / issues
• Prepares / propose product implementation plans and initiatives, initiating discussions with all related department to identify related requirements / business process / risks.
• Prepare product specification from draft to final version and keeping track of requests for changes.
• Liaise with other respective department regarding involvement in production of Business Requirement Document, Ensure consistency between Bussiness Requirements and product specifications and policy wordings.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test.
