Job Description
- Provide business performance reporting (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
- Support Sales Head in analysis, planning, and execution of sales strategies.
- Manage sales calendar, budgeting, and incentive schemes.
- Oversee sales processes, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Conduct sales audits and ensure compliance with regional priorities.
- Drive Salesforce.com adoption, data accuracy, and automation tools.
- Lead customer allocation and channel optimization exercises.
- Provide Salesforce.com admin support and user management.
- Develop and execute sales training programs with regional teams.
- Manage Sales Operations team to ensure timely execution of projects and reports.
